Holiday Inn Express Niles

The breakfast had plenty of good choices, including fresh waffles, French toast, muffins, and bagels. I didn't care for the scrambled eggs cooked in the microwave, but there was lots of other food. Our beds and bedding were very comfortable, and we had a quiet, peaceful night's sleep. Everything was clean and well stocked, and the hallways and room looked and smelled well maintained. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed two nights to take care of personal business, and from booking through checkout it was a great experience. We appreciate how pleasant everyone made it, and we'll stay here again next time we're in the area. See you soon!

The location worked well for us, with several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual basic hotel kind. I'd definitely stay again.

Brutal. We called before booking to check whether we could get a room under age 21. The manager said it was okay and told us to go ahead. But when we arrived, the front desk woman refused to check us in because my significant other and I were under 21. She looked right at us and said there was nothing she could do, showed no sympathy, and did nothing about a refund. We missed my husband's good friend's wedding because of this. How pathetic. The floors were sticky too, and the lobby smelled of mold. I don't recommend this place. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The bathroom was dirty, with pubic hairs in the tub. The beds were hard and the pillows worn out. It's supposed to be a no-smoking place, but smoking pot is okay? The girl working there only said, “I am sorry about that.” Yeah, they're sorry all right. If they'd posted the situation online somewhere people would actually see it, we wouldn't have booked. A horrible place to stay. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
