Bear Paw Adventure

We loved the Alaska lodge look, especially all the animals, and that big back deck was fantastic. The place was clean, check-in was easy, and it worked well for our family of six while we fished in Homer. It was conveniently located too. The photos don’t really capture how nice it is.

Seeing two moose walk right past our cabin was sooo cool. We had a fantastic time at Bear Paw Adventure's, and the cabins felt like home, with everything we needed. John made sure we were taken care of and even booked tours after we told them what we wanted to see and do around Anchor Point. I’d happily recommend staying here. Hope we get back someday.

We’re already hoping to return. John patiently answered all our questions before and during the stay, and the hosts were friendly, available, and full of ideas for things to see and do. Our cruise was already booked, but the whole time we wished we’d skipped it and spent another week at Bear Paw instead. The cabins are beautiful inside and out, spotless, and had everything we needed. They’re set apart enough for privacy while still being close to all the area has to offer.

We took a team of six men for a fishing trip and found Bear Paw Adventure easy to locate, close to fishing spots but remote enough to enjoy some quiet. Our first-choice cabin had a problem when we arrived, but management had already arranged another cabin and moved us over smoothly. We appreciated how proactive they were. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’d stay here again on our next fishing trip.
