I stayed here years ago under the previous owners, when the property needed work. This time I arrived with modest expectations and was impressed by the changes. The rooms are clean and updated, the beds are comfortable, and the place feels more welcoming. The manager and staff are attentive, friendly, and seem proud of the property. There are still occasional minor issues, like amenities being temporarily unavailable or a small housekeeping miss, but the team responds quickly and sincerely to put things right. The new owners have clearly put a lot of effort into the refresh. The place is headed in a good direction, and if you haven’t visited since the ownership change, it’s worth another try. We’ll be back.

My first time using the self-serve setup was a game changer, and everyone I spoke with was helpful and easy to talk to. The new owners have done a wonderful job renewing and remodeling the hotel. It’s clean and well maintained, and the rooms look beautiful after the work. Housekeeping kept things tidy, and everything felt comfortable during my stay. I had a pleasant visit and would consider coming back.

The location is close to downtown Nisswa and the other things you might want to do nearby. The place looks beautiful after its renovation, and the rooms are spacious with what you could need during a stay. The pool and hot tub were great too.

For a budget stay in Nisswa, this is a solid option. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and it was a hell of a deal. It’s not the Waldorf Astoria, but so many other reviews are old or misleading that I felt I should share a current impression.

The location worked well, and the room was clean, organized, and had what I needed. Self-service check-in was surprisingly convenient and very easy.
