Baymont Inn & Suites Noblesville

The room we were moved to was only a little better, and the bed linens were still dirty. When I raised that with the desk, the employee was dismissive and unprofessional. I then asked to cancel, but he said he couldn't help and told me to contact the booking provider. He was on the phone, apparently talking with his manager, and wouldn't give me his name. My family and I checked in at Baymont by Wyndham in Noblesville, IN on January 14, 2026. The property looked closed when we arrived, and we waited about five minutes for someone to come to the desk. Our assigned room had bugs by the entrance, a strong smell that suggested it hadn't been cleaned properly, visibly dirty sheets, and more bugs inside. It was quite outdated, and the refrigerator didn't work and seemed to have mold in it. I rarely leave reviews, but this was far below an acceptable level of cleanliness, service, and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I'm sharing what happened so other travelers can make an informed choice.

The rooms were fine and there wasn't anything wrong with the hotel. It felt a bit pricey for a quick 10-hour stay. We skipped breakfast, but I wish it ran later. It closes at 9 a.m.

The location worked well since it was close to the wedding we were attending. The rooms, though, weren't as clean as they should have been, and a bathroom outlet was loose from the wall. The facility could use better upkeep and cleaning. We were disappointed that the prepaid rooms we had booked weren't available. We had requested a handicapped room and were charged extra for one, but didn't get it. The hotel wasn't full, so it was frustrating not to be accommodated as requested.

The room looked clean at first, but in the morning we saw yellow stains on the bedding that weren't ours, and the tub had dirty caulk. The mattress was on a metal frame with no box spring, and the bed was awful. The furniture was bare-minimum. The room smelled like urine in the bathroom, even though the main room didn't smell. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke despite all the no-smoking signs. At night the lobby smelled like curry while employees ate in the breakfast area. People talked loudly outside our window, and the neighbors had their TV blaring at 1 a.m. with a dog barking. It was barking again at 6 a.m. This place is a dump. If I owned or managed it, I'd be embarrassed.
