Courtyard Indianapolis Noblesville

Five days here and nobody has serviced my room once. I never put out a Do Not Disturb sign, but no one came to clean or refresh it. The bathroom floor looked filthy, and the shower floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Thank goodness I know not to walk barefoot in a hotel. The place feels dated inside. The exterior makes a great first impression, but the carpet, furniture, and TVs don't live up to it. The exercise equipment is behind the times too, with no modern smart-device connection, just iPod hookups. I travel a lot and usually have good stays, but this has been one of my worst at a Marriott property.

Our room was on the side facing a busy road, and the noise at night was wild. The cars sounded more like a racetrack than regular traffic, and I even got up to look out the window to see if there was drag racing. The room was spacious, but we found dirty rags left in it when we arrived. They gave us 500 points to make up for it, though it was still gross. As silver members, we called to ask for late checkout, expecting priority, but were told too many people were checking out. The employee also said they weren't accommodating requests for gold or platinum members either. The night employee was unbelievably rude and probably shouldn't be working with people. We went back in the morning and spoke with someone else, who was very nice, friendly, and accommodating.

This place has bed bugs. They first offered 15k reward points for the trouble, then said they'd replace my luggage and shoes. That never happened, and Hector, the manager, stopped responding. I feel tricked and scammed. I contacted Marriott corporate, but they washed their hands of it even though their name is on the hotel. Stay somewhere else if you want peace of mind.

We stopped here because we couldn't make it all the way from Arkansas to Michigan. The photos show a hot tub, but there wasn't one. The pool was tiny and smelled like chlorine mixed with urine. We paid for the buffet, but it didn't open until 7:10 a.m. When I asked for a refund, the staff couldn't help until the manager answered their phone. After reading the reviews, we had a hard time sleeping because we kept worrying about bedbugs. I didn't find any in our suite, thankfully. The staff were very friendly.
