Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Convention Center

I was here for a soccer tournament and got yelled at on the first day for taking the stairs, which were apparently for emergencies only. I don't mind the rule, but there hadn't been any warning beforehand. We were also told quiet hours started after 10 p.m. and I'm fine with that, but people were making noise in the hallway after midnight. We got yelled at before 10, while the people outside faced no consequences. If there are rules, they should apply to everyone. When I charged my phone in the room, the screen stopped working. I know it wasn't my phone or charger because it worked again once I unplugged it, and it also worked with my own charging brick.

The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that someone came into our room while we were getting ready to pack. The rooms were roomy and the front desk staff were nice. Breakfast was good too, and the made-to-order omelets were a welcome change from the usual spread.

Everyone was polite and hardworking, and the shared areas were clean. Still, the room made for a disappointing stay. There were two flies when we arrived, which wasn't a big deal, but before bed I found several strands of hair on the pillows. I called the front desk, and a staff member brought four pillowcases, then handed them over for me to change myself. I did it, but other people's hair really grosses me out, and room cleanliness matters a lot to me. The headboard also had several stains. The heat never worked properly. I adjusted it several times, but the temperature stayed the same and the kids were cold all night. My family and I usually go out of our way to stay at a Hilton Embassy because past stays have been good. This one just didn't go well.

The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Embassy Suites felt quite new and was very clean. I had a great stay and would definitely come back.
