Wyndham Noblesville

I stayed for five days and will probably try somewhere else next time. The rooms get noisy when guests are loud, and one of the two elevators was out of service. The remaining elevator was slow. Breakfast was marginal, though the coffee bar was good. The coffee sign hit me in the head every time I walked by. There was no soap in the room except the body wash in the shower, and room cleaning was only every three days unless you asked. We didn’t get enough towels, and the room had only decaf coffee. The front desk receptionist seemed cold and bothered when I checked in.

The rate was very fair, and Krissy at the desk was awesome. Breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean. The room was mostly clean too, though I found sticky spots on the desk and cleaned them myself. The remote in the sitting area didn’t work, and the hot water was more like warm.

The rooms were spacious and otherwise adequate, and the surfaces were clean, though the front of the vanity had some soil that hadn’t been wiped off. Our main concern was that the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed after the previous guests. When I told the front desk, they said they’d speak to housekeeping but offered no remedy. For a newer building, it already seems like it may be run down within a couple of years. One elevator was broken, and the one that worked sounded as if it might not last long.

I stay at the Wyndham Noblesville almost every other Friday and have been doing that since September. I’ve missed a few, but not many. I’m a student at Charis Bible College, where we meet every other Saturday, and I’m also a Wyndham Reward member. I’ve tried a couple of other hotels in the area, but this one is my favorite by far. The rooms are clean and well appointed, and there are good restaurants nearby as well as campus. Dimple, on the morning shift, is excellent: nice, pleasant, and efficient at her job. All the staff are good, but she really stands out. Anne Brunory, the Director of Sales, was kind and reviewed my reservations, then gave me a discount that made it possible for me to stay here. I have two more reservations before I graduate. Thanks to everyone at Wyndham Noblesville!
