The rooms are nicer than others around here, and there's daily room service. Mine was a massive 2 room suite with a kitchen, but it had no utensils, cups, plates, or anything else. That kind of defeats the point of a suite to me. The location is convenient, with a gas station across the street, the border a few miles away, and plenty of chain restaurants a mile away. But meh, this hotel definitely earns its 3 stars. The wifi wouldn't stay connected for more than 3 minutes, so I had to use my phones hotspot. The elevator, ice machine, pool, and ironing board in the room were all broken. Hot water was broken too. One night there was none at all, and the other 3 nights it was lukewarm at best, which made for cold showers.

Kari @ the front desk was such a jewel when I checked in late. She never made me feel like an inconvenience and gave great customer service throughout my 3 day stay. I'll stay here again because of Kari's warm welcome.

It's close to food, shopping, and major highways, but still quiet. The room I got on the first floor was huge and very clean. The gentleman at the front desk also lowered my room rate after I booked incorrectly. The staff were professional and a true example of customer service. This is by far the best HIE I've stayed at, and I'd highly recommend it for a visit to Nogales AZ.

The location is perfect, within 10 minutes of the border, shopping, and food. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, the staff are super friendly, and breakfast has a good variety. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn and will definitely return whenever I visit Nogales. Highly recommend it.

We stayed here for 8 days for Little League regionals, and it was such a nice place to come back to. The staff were excellent and so accommodating to our team. They even had gifts and warm cookies for us daily. The rooms were huge, and the whole place was spotless. The people of Nogales are wonderful, and I'm so glad we found such a nice hotel for our stay.
