Extended Stay America Suites - Norco

We’d been traveling from Arizona after services for my father, and we were exhausted and very sad. Simone helped us through that time with her kind, beautiful heart. Her lovely smile and easygoing manner made a real difference. We had a few problems when we first checked in, but she got right on them and did everything she could to make our stay worthwhile. She’s a blessing, and honestly, she’s the reason I’d want to come back to this motel. If you stop there, give Simone a high five. Thank you so much, Simone.

A great start to the New Year, thanks to the whole team here. Everyone was friendly and kind after we checked in, and they went above and beyond. I’m really grateful to them all. We’d originally been booked at the Irvine location, but its elevator wasn’t working and our room was on the top floor. I called the Norco location, where Elizabeth the Manager was amazing. Her customer service was excellent, and she was able to put us on the first floor. They also have a working elevator! 🤩 Thank you, everyone! 😊

Robin & Lars at the front desk made me feel right at home. They even gave me a plate and fork for dinner, which saved me a trip to the grocery store up the street. I didn’t feel like an unwelcome guest, as I have at some hotels. Getting into a room was easy, and both of them were amazingly accommodating. If you need somewhere calm to rest in the Norco, CA area, I’d definitely recommend staying here. Thanks, Extended Stay!

Robin at the front desk has been amazing, helpful, and accommodating. I really appreciate all her effort and hard work. But the housekeeping and management here have left me disgusted. I went through two rooms today and ended up having to get a refund. There was brown stuff on the walls, and I don’t even know what was under the bathroom. The place was supposed to be non-smoking, yet people were smoking marijuana inside. Management needs to be looked at. I feel so grossed out that I’m going home to shower.
