The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast was fine with a good range of choices. I stayed one night and was completely happy with it. The building is on the older side, especially in the restroom, but that wouldn’t put me off staying again.

I didn’t feel safe here, especially traveling with family and kids. The latch on the door was broken, the toilets were stained, tissue was stuffed in the peephole, and a bathroom ceiling light was hanging down. The carpets were dirty and the pool was filthy. The staff were rude, and the front desk didn’t seem to care. They only said they could refund the money, but it would take seven business days. This place needs to be shut down. Don’t go here, there are better hotels nearby.

Don’t come here when it’s snowing. I got stuck in the parking lot multiple times, and the woman at the front desk told us to get a shovel and dig out our own parking spots. My 70-year-old mother and I were freezing outside while workers were snow-blowing. I guess the sidewalks mattered more.

We left at 9:15 on a Monday while a woman was cleaning the cafeteria. I politely asked if she could turn the switch on so I could get orange juice. Other Comforts inn locations have done that, but she immediately said, “Nope, can’t do that, it’s already off.” I mentioned that others would turn it back on, but she stuck to her answer and said no.
