We were downstairs and the bed was really comfortable. There were snacks, water, and coffee in the room, and breakfast was so good I wished I could've eaten more. The place has lots of OU decor that I loved, along with romantic Southern touches, the kind a man can appreciate but probably wouldn't put up without a woman's say-so. We came for the Luke Combs concert, and it's less than a mile from the stadium. We had a great time and will definitely return. Next time I want to book the bigger upstairs suite.

We stayed in a smaller main-floor bedroom with our 10-year-old for OU Michigan weekend, and had a fabulous time. The room was dark and cool, which made for great sleeping. The owners were warm and welcoming, and breakfast was amazing. It's an ideal little spot, with lovely indoor space and wonderful outdoor areas. We could easily walk to College corner, the stadium, and campus. If we're back for another game, we'll definitely stay here again.

Rachel made the Manor feel like a retreat, even though I was in Norman for work. She was quick to respond whenever I had a question, and had thought of all kinds of details, from a full snack basket to a hot towel machine. I stayed in the spacious, stylish top-floor apartment, which was comfortable and had a jacuzzi for unwinding after work. I hope I get the chance to return. It was a fantastic place to stay.

Rachel was so accommodating and kept in touch with us. The Manor is spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly placed by OU. We loved staying there and loved the host too.

The picnic package was so much fun, and the food was amazing. Rachel was sweet and easy to talk to, and breakfast was the best I've had at a B&B. I had a great time and would definitely return. I chose this place from several local B&Bs for its proximity to campus, food, and museum, plus the privacy of having the whole upstairs and our own entrance. The only small snag was that we brought a movie, but there was no DVD player in the room. It wasn't a big deal since there was cable TV.
