We were there on a packed three-day weekend, but the staff were all around and went out of their way to help. Housekeeping was outstanding, and when our sink clogged, a repair person replaced the whole thing while we were out for a few hours. The young dark-haired man at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast had really good coffee, a couple of waffle makers, and actual Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches. The rooms are huge, and most are quiet enough that you won't hear the freeway. Best two-star hotel I've stayed at by far.

My dog loved the large, neatly kept lawn just a few steps from our room. The room was spacious and clean, with the amenities I need: a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Freeway noise was the main drawback, and the pillows could be more comfortable, but it was a great value. The room was clean, the hot tub was great, and breakfast had plenty of options in a nice room, including make-your-own waffles, Jimmy Dean sausage croissants, yogurt, and cereal. I'd recommend it while staying in the Auburn area.

I stay at this BW property regularly when visiting family nearby. The whole place is well cared for, and the updated rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend.

Everything was very clean, both the hotel and the room. The walls are a little thin, though, since we could hear someone's phone conversation. The front desk clerk was pleasant and had a room ready for our early check-in, which did cost extra.
