The Lady Mary Inn

The calm, elegant atmosphere made the visit feel special, and the Victorian manor is stunning. It really does take you back to another era. The tea service was lovely down to the delicate china, with well-prepared sandwiches, pastries, and scones. Such a memorable high tea, and one I’d recommend to anyone.

The food was amazing, and they were really accommodating about my friend’s dairy allergy. We had a lovely time, though the music was terrible lol.

I loved the cucumber sandwiches, and there was a good variety of teas with helpful descriptions. Everything felt carefully considered. It was my first afternoon tea, and I found it pleasant and relaxing. Caroline was attentive and kind, and sitting in the beautiful lobby room at the Lady Mary Inn in North Berwick, Maine felt quiet and sophisticated, with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I’d highly recommend trying it.

Ryan, the Owner, and Caroline, the hostess, were both above expectations, as were the food, tea selection, and beautiful Victorian Inn. It was my first Afternoon Tea, and everything was exceptional. It’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon talking with family, friends, or a date. I plan to return and support this local experience.
