The second room was in better shape and cleaner, but when we moved into that handicap unit, the fire alarm went off and nothing in the room sounded or lit up. I checked the smoke detector and there was NO BATTERY. By then I was heated. I went to the front desk and spoke to DICK. SANE GUY, who promised ice and pillows but never came through. So, LIL RICHARD, you're fired, and the fire department will pay y'all a visit, I promise. This place needs to be shut down! In the first room there were no smoke alarms. Less than four hours after going to sleep, I had six bites on my right arm, back, and hand. The toilet was held down by one flange bolt, there was unfinished drywall on two walls, and the damaged bathroom door wouldn't close. After waking up at 2 a.m. from the bites, I saw baby cockroaches throughout the room. I asked the front desk for ice because the only ice machine on site didn't work, and it was NEVER BROUGHT.

The room reeked of urine and looked like nobody had cleaned it. Cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom and inside the drawers. Absolutely disgusting. You'd be better off under a bridge. DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give it a negative star rating, I would.

We ended up leaving for a different hotel with my family. The first room had no wall mirror, so I asked the front office to move us. In the second room the toilet wouldn't flush and still had feces in it, so I requested another room. The third was okay, except the TV didn't work and the window covering was coming away from the window.

For what they were charging, this wasn't worth it. The king bed had springs I could feel all over, and it came with just three small pillows. The shower was too hot, and the head only made a narrow spray in the middle, so you had to huddle under it. The toilet tank lid was broken, the rusty shower curtain rod was coming off the wall, and the towel bar was loose. There was no bath mat, so I had to use one of the two towels in the room. My non-smoking room also had a strong marijuana smell by the door. Breakfast was cheap cereal and dry bread for toast, and the breakfast area smelled like dirty, wet rags. They also rent Uhaul there, so there's that fun fact.
