New England Inn and Lodge

The restaurant is incredibly close, but check that it's open during your visit. We stayed with a friend for Ice Fest and loved it. There was plenty of room for two friends who aren't a couple, and the bed was super comfortable. It was also really warm inside despite the temperature being -5 outside.

We've taken our dog Maggie to the New England Inn for years, for many milestones and plenty of trips simply because we love being there. We were planning one more visit the week of 2/20, before welcoming our first child in March. Last week Maggie started declining, and she was diagnosed with terminal lymphoma. As my wife and I were leaving the vet, I called the Inn to ask if they could let us stay that night with her, since she probably wouldn't make it to our planned dates. The staff were so helpful and willing to work things out. We're grateful they made it possible to have one more night away with Maggie, and to get some of her favorite treats at Four Your Paws Only. Their kindness meant a lot while we're facing the loss of our beloved dog. Please consider staying here, especially if you travel with a dog. The New England Inn might become as special to you as it has been to us.

We chose The England Inn and Lodge for a second stay and were happy with it again. This time our family of three had the garden suite, which was clean and just right. The beds are so comfortable they make it hard to get up. One thing for families to know: the suite only has standing showers, no tub for bathing small children. Luckily, our three-year-old didn't mind. The staff are friendly, and so are their pets, who greet visitors. Shopping centers and great restaurants are nearby, including Tuckers next door, which is within walking distance. People suggested other family-friendly places to us, but after being so pleased with our last stay, we didn't want to risk trying somewhere else. I highly recommend this lodge for couples or families looking for a nice getaway.

The four-bed garden suite was clean and comfortable, and the pool was well kept, just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and breakfast wagon. Everyone on staff was kind and welcoming. It's an easy drive from here to many local attractions. I'd highly recommend New England Inn and Lodge if you're visiting North Conway, NH.
