All I needed was a clean, nice place to sleep, and that’s what I got. The room smelled fresh, looked clean, and I had no trouble relaxing. Staying here saved me money, which is a thrill in itself. I’ve heard the place called no-frills, and I partly agree. I’d absolutely come back. 10 out of 10.

For the price, I had everything I could ask for on a great overnight stay. I booked one room for myself and another for a friend, and you can tell they pay close attention to cleanliness. If I need somewhere for a night or two down in Fort Myers, I’ll definitely stay here. Thanks.

I needed somewhere last minute while in town to check on my storage unit, and found this locally owned gem. I’m a native Floridian and used to live in Lee Co. The owner was very nice, and the landscaping and parking lot were immaculate. Inside, the carpet, linens, tile, bathroom, and rooms were spotless. The room was well appointed for the price, and the bed was amazing. I appreciate the no smoking or pets rule. It shows in the quality of the motel. It was very quiet, with little to no road noise and no noise from the guests on either side. There’s a $50 cash refundable deposit at check-in. I paid $200.70 ($90/night plus tax) for two nights. Definitely recommend this great little motel!

Tropical Palms was a pleasant surprise. I like mom-and-pop motels when I travel solo, since you never know what you’ll get. This one was very well maintained, and my room was spotless. It looks like it was built in the 40s, but it’s been updated nicely. My only complaint was the hard pillows. Not a big deal, but it might be nice to have a few different pillow densities. Great stay.

I’ve been staying here for about five months while working, and the place has been amazing. It’s clean, quiet, safe, and in a great location, with strong free Wi-Fi and everything working perfectly. The rates are excellent, and everyone is so hospitable that you feel like family. The manager is awesome, goes out of his way to help, and checks on you once a week to see that things are okay. They clean your room weekly and change the towels every day. It always smells wonderful inside. In my opinion, it’s an amazing place for a short or long stay. Two thumbs up and an A+. Thank you, Tropical Palm Motel, for making my stay amazing. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area. A++
