I've stayed here plenty of times, usually for a few nights, and would come back. It's a decent budget choice around here. The rooms are huge, though they could use an update. I've only ever spotted one bug, and at this price, that's not much to complain about.

Came from Winter Park Colorado for a concert and to see family. This cheap hotel did the job for us. The neighborhood isn't the best, with lots of working girls and people coming and going all night. There was noise at all hours, literally. At least we didn't see any bugs.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the service was wonderful. Great location too, with everything nearby.

I was scared to even come out of my room. There were people going in and out at all hours and fights, and I got no sleep. It's a geto area, with a strip joint across the street, so you know what goes on there. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I was just happy to leave alive. Good luck.

I spent quite a while in a room here and found it clean and free of bugs. I'd read reviews about cockroaches, but I didn't see any, not even a spider. Both men at the front desk were helpful. One was a little gruff, but that didn't cause me any trouble. The area was quiet, and I felt safe, though I understand why someone else might not. It felt like a nice home away from home, and I'd stay again if I needed to temporarily leave my house. My only suggestion is a microwave in the room. 😁
