The view was the one thing we really loved, and the kitchen and bathrooms were decent. But in unit #159, the carpet was dirty and spotted all over, the drapes were missing hooks, and the decks were filthy and piled with personal belongings. There was barely space for two people to sit outside. Inside, the lampshades were old and torn, and the furniture was awful. The pictures they sent must have been at least ten years old. I wish I'd taken photos. I wouldn't stay here again.
It has a 70s ski resort vibe, in a good way. The pool was decent, and we had a nice time around Lake Tahoe.
Quiet area with lots of shade, and getting in was easy. The grounds were well kept, with plenty of open parking. There's a pool, though it wasn't running because of Covid.
We had so much fun here as a family. Our cozy, cabin-like condo was clean and ready for us, with a well-stocked kitchen, extra linens and pillows, and even heaters. The clubhouse was a nice bonus, and sitting in the hot tub during a snowstorm was beautiful. The residents were kind and helpful. We made a snowman, did snow angels, went sledding down the hills, then warmed up back in the condo. The short-term lease was reasonable and affordable, worth every penny.
Jazz was playing when we walked in, which made for such a welcoming first impression and made our Tahoe stay more memorable. We loved it here. Our condo was spotless and beautifully decorated.
