Breakfast was basic: sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, bagels and bread. There wasn't fresh fruit, just apples and bananas for the yogurt, and the coffee was bland. I wouldn't choose this hotel again. I booked it because it allowed dogs for a low fee and had good reviews near the freeway. After checking in around 12:40 a.m., I found the room neat enough, but traffic outside was loud and the toilet kept making running-water noises. Around 3 a.m., while I was using the bathroom, drops hit my lower back. The ceiling was visibly water damaged and leaking. I was worried about mold, especially with my baby there, and told the front desk right away. The first question was whether it was leaking a little or a lot. I was exhausted after about seven hours in the car and wasn't offered a discount. They moved us across the hall. It was a little quieter, though changing rooms at 3 a.m. was a pain. We were on the first floor, which helped for taking the dog out, but all the foot traffic made the dog anxious. The hotel is old, and the door from the parking area wouldn't open with my key, so I had to walk around whenever I unloaded the car. The doors lock at 10 p.m., which was especially inconvenient after a late check-in. I barely rested and wouldn't recommend staying here.

The mountain view was great, breakfast was good, and the place was very quiet. I never heard the neighbors, and the staff were really nice. My two issues were the painfully slow internet, so I used my phone hotspot, and the small fridge in room 329. It wasn't adjustable and froze everything. Maybe its control knob was missing.

Ms sandoval, about five months ago I reviewed my experience, and you replied that it wasn't valid because I wasn't a registered guest. My family, including my ex and our son, were guests, and I was paying for the room. I'd also gotten to know the hotel staff over the four days my family stayed there. My belongings were stolen from the pool area. I asked to wait for my family by the pool, or at least inside, but was made to stand outside in 110-degree heat wearing only a small towel. Eventually I had to call an Uber to get to my family because the employees decided to call the police instead of helping me with my stolen property. So I'm asking: when a family stays, is breakfast only for the person whose name is on the room? If a child needs a high chair, do you tell the infant they aren't listed on the room? If a wife comes down at 3 a.m. for a pillow, do you make her wake her husband and send him down? No, you don't. Why, then, when I was paying for my family to stay, did you make me wait outside in the summer heat with just a little hotel towel on, and threaten to call the police? Can you explain that without contradicting how you treat other hotel guests?

I chose this place for its reasonable pet rules and fee. The staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, and the hot breakfast was great. But noise carries between rooms, and a loud TV kept me from sleeping well. Restaurants and shopping are too far away to reach on foot.

The plumbing noise throughout the hotel was worse than the trains. I could also hear a lot from adjoining rooms, and the halls and rooms were filthy. My toilet lid was broken, and sewer gas came up from the sink. I travel a lot and have stayed loyal to BW, but I may be done with them. I'd sleep in my car before coming back here.
