We've lived here for four months and had to make the place livable ourselves. There are roaches and dirty carpets in many apartments, and the staff aren't willing to help. There's no nighttime security. They even hired two people who embezzled money from the company. We had no heat for the first week, and now there's no hot water in the shower. Maintenance is lousy, and they outsource all the work. They took our money for services that weren't provided under the written contract. Everyone should write a review, whatever their experience. Don't rent here. They don't deserve even one star.

I lived here for two years. The management team turned over twice while I was there, and my favorite game was trying to catch whoever was in charge. Whenever I stopped by or called, the manager seemed to be out. The only person there was the glorified assistant manager with the frosted tips, who'd tell me the real manager wasn't around. Over time, the bathroom and bedroom closet doors fell down because the metal was warped. The fake tile was gross and chipping. When I moved out, I left the apartment empty and cleaned as much of that tile as I could. Of course the carpet was worn after two years, but they charged me for carpet cleaning, general cleaning, and closet doors I had reported broken that were never fixed. Don't they have to repair an apartment before renting it out again?

It's affordable and I've been comfortable here for two and a half years. The location is handy too, close to the freeway, stores, and my kids' schools. But rent goes up every year, upstairs neighbors can be really noisy, and there are roaches, so pest control has to come every week. Getting repairs is a mess. The office blames maintenance, maintenance blames the office, and they say ordering parts would affect their bonuses. Repairs drag on, like they're hoping we'll forget. I've had AC trouble, water leaking through the walls, and a nasty smell from the vents that they say comes from the pipes. Meanwhile, they still expect rent on time. It's BS.

Living there was okay, but management are liars. I moved out of state three months ago and still haven't gotten my deposit back. The manager says it was sent, but nothing has arrived, even though I've given them the correct address several times. They need to do better about returning people's money.

You may not get your deposit back, and they can put an illegal eviction on you without telling you. Management said they'd remove it for $1,000, though the constable's office advised against that. The staff are rude and dismissive, and the office is almost always closed during business hours, making it nearly impossible to pay rent or get anything fixed.
