Downtown BnB King Bed Clawfoot Tub & Hot Tub

A quick walk gets you to everything, and the first-floor common space has plenty of snacks and historic charm. I stayed one night in a clean, comfortable, charming historic unit with spacious bathrooms. The owner lives on site and was a really nice, upbeat guy. It’s a quiet place, not for partying.

We really enjoyed the backyard, with its hot tub, TV, and fire pit. The neighborhood is lovely, and town’s bars, restaurants, and shops are less than a five-minute walk away. We also walked to the Glenwood Caverns gondolas, about 20 minutes, so getting around felt easy. Check-in and checkout were simple, and the whole stay was comfortable and convenient. I’d definitely recommend this over the hotel options around Glenwood Springs. Derek made us feel at ease from the start with a helpful welcome and rundown. The rooms are clean, spacious, and lovely, and I especially liked the claw-foot tub. There’s a small breakfast with bars, cereal, fruit, and muffins, plus stocked snacks like cookies and popcorn. Water, plenty of coffee and tea, juice, and several kinds of creamer, including almond and regular, were available. Rooms have streaming TV, wifi, plenty of towels, and bath extras like bubble bath and salts. Guests can also use bikes.

Derek was so considerate when our flight was delayed a couple of hours. He stayed up to welcome us, and the place turned out even better than we expected. It’s convenient for getting around town, with cozy, charming details like a fountain, claw-foot tub, and period decor. After a long, crowded flight, we arrived late, exhausted, and sore, and the hot tub worked magic on our aching backs. If we get in earlier next time, we may take him up on a massage too. With only two guest bedrooms, it feels almost like having the place to yourself. Downtown b and b has attractive, nicely decorated rooms, and the owners are very pleasant. It’s on a quiet side street near downtown, and there’s a TV and jacuzzi too. A real gem.
