The place itself is very clean, with impeccable rooms, cleaning and maid services, and a level of safety I've never experienced elsewhere. It's quiet, and people respect each other. But I had a terrible stay because I broke the rules. The property manager is strict about them to protect tenants and the surrounding community, and not following the contract can cost you the money you've put in. I didn't communicate properly, lost $500, and felt taken advantage of. That was the last money I had after losing my job. Still, the rules are the rules, and I signed them. The fees are very decent, and the manager will accommodate as much as he can if you communicate with him. Follow the contract, communicate right away, and be respectful, and you'll absolutely love it and want to return. I just wish I hadn't broken the ru😭😭😭😭

We booked what seemed like a “too good to be true” deal through AGODA.com for The Yellow Penthouse, LLC, in Las Vegas, Nevada. When my husband called the hotel to confirm, they told him about extra charges and a mystery deposit, none of which appeared in the ad or confirmation emails and texts. The hotel said to take it up with the agency; the agency said to contact the hotel. We tried to cancel rather than pay undisclosed fees, which we questioned as possibly illegal, but there was no cancellation option and contacting them led to the same runaround. In response, technicalities don't change the facts. You didn't disclose the charges when we called, and you admit they're not posted on that site. Whatever the details of who, when, or why, you have a moral obligation at minimum to help clarify and resolve this. Instead, after mentioning the charges, you said “that's the norm” and sent us back to the reservation site. We reviewed the booking and contacted you directly, as responsible guests would. You were dismissive, as your response here also shows. Reviews help future guests, and dozens mention the same trouble. With a problem this common, I'm reluctant to accept that it's just the booking website's fault.

Nobody was there to answer the doorbell, and no one answered the phone. The email was the same. I had a reservation and was supposed to check in at 3 p.m., but I waited until 4:15, calling without an answer. The place looked like the MUNSTER'S HOUSE. It's messed up to do this to people from out of town who made reservations. I cancelled and was charged $37. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A nice big house divided into rooms for rent. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, and you can walk to shopping.

It was my first time in Las Vegas, and it wasn't a good stay. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, so they put me in b-01 and promised a $100 refund. They later tried to charge me for dirty towels and random things, even though the property wasn't very clean to begin with. Cleaning everything is the staff's job, not the customer's. Expedia said checkout was 11:30 a.m., but they also tried to charge me for not leaving by 11. Don't rent from these people. They have mental health issues or something.
