We'd stay at Davis Motel again if we were nearby. It's a friendly, reasonably priced mom-and-pop place, and bringing our dog wasn't a problem. We were told a cleaner has an allergy, so our room wouldn't be serviced during our stay, but getting extra towels and washcloths from the front office was easy. The one thing that cost it a star was the dirt under the furniture. My husband's phone slipped between the wall and bed overnight, and when we reached under the bed to get it, we found an old Kinder Bueno box, some other bits of trash, dust, and spiders. Most of the room was clean, though.

I got to check in at 10 a.m., and the woman at the desk was really polite and helpful with my questions. The older blonde housekeeper was just as friendly. She cleaned my room while I waited outside, and the bed was made and everything was kept clean. It's definitely a mom-and-pop place, and I'd stay again.

The rooms are basic, but clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was so friendly. The woman at the counter was a delight. It's right off I-76, so we could stop without going out of our way on our road trip. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

I usually book a big chain, but the many positive reviews convinced me to try this place while heading to Pitt race. We needed parking that could handle a trailer, and it worked out well. The hotel is older, though the rooms have been remodeled and the interior was very clean. I was a little worried about highway noise, especially with the nearby truck stops. The front desk gave me an upstairs room, and with the fan running all night it stayed very quiet. I'd absolutely come back.

I spent three weeks in one of the extended-stay rooms. It was roomy and comfortable, and I didn't have any problems with bugs. The motel is by truck stops in a decent enough area, and the gas prices nearby were great. What I remember most is how welcoming the staff were. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to be a good host.
