The guy at the counter was professional and gave great customer service. The room, though, felt like a budget hotel. The bed was awful and stained, so I slept in my clothes that night.

The rooms were nasty, so I ended up sleeping in my vehicle down the road. I also saw suspicious activity in a nearby room: different men kept coming and going, then a young woman who looked maybe in her mid-20s went out and brought two more men upstairs. It went on all night. Don't get a room here.

The customer service got rude once we decided to leave, and I doubt we’ll even get a refund. My husband and I booked one night, but walked straight back out as soon as we saw the room. With my 7-month-old, the smoke smell, stifling heat, bed bugs, and poop on the bathroom wall were unbearable. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. It was the most disgusting place I’ve ever walked into. The neighborhood was awful, too. If you don’t know the area, the photos on this website should be changed because the place looks nothing like them. This place is a piece of crap. Stay home or somewhere else. 💀🤮

I paid for a room before arriving, but the owner wouldn’t let me check in because of an age requirement that wasn’t listed under the website’s important information. I was three months under their unmentioned 21-year-old limit. He watched while I paid for another room under my friend’s name, then refused to switch it to his name so we could avoid an extra $76. He also said I wouldn’t get a refund. The room walls were disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.
