Motel 6 Little Rock North

I was frustrated by how the staff handled a mix-up and acted as if nothing had happened. At check-in, I paid for two nights separately and asked if I could stay in the same room. They said that would be fine, but the next morning three different people came into the room saying my stay had ended after one night. The front desk didn’t apologize and told me I was supposed to leave at 11 and come back at 3.

I’ve had pleasant stays here, and it’s never too loud at night. The staff are great, the vending is wonderful, and housekeeping always comes by. The rooms are as clean as they can get them, and the amenities are always there. They’re strict about the ID policy, but understanding otherwise. I stay with dogs who like to bolt through the door, so it matters that staff aren’t too intrusive and only come in if something is really wrong. Thank you, motel 6!

They charge a $25.00 deposit that’s supposed to be reimbursed after checkout, but I didn’t get it back. Staff got rude when I questioned the policy, including why they needed to come inspect the room during the day. Visitors aren’t allowed without providing a copy of their I.D. The ATM also charges $3.99, plus a questionable $2.99 fee just to check your balance. Do not stay at this motel.

The room was awful. There were screws on the floor, a big dent or something in the wall, scribbles and crayon marks on the furniture, and dead bugs in different spots. The pillows were completely flat and uncomfortable, and the whole place smelled awful. The woman working the front desk at night was really nice, explained everything, and was helpful.
