For the price, it’s a pretty good hotel, and the staff are very friendly and kind. I’m giving it four stars because the lot is fairly small and narrow, the king bed was stiff as a board and didn’t sleep as well as we hoped, and the smell of weed was throughout the hotel. That might not bother everyone. Everything else was fine.

The lobby was very clean, and the staff were friendly and understanding, but I didn’t stay. The online pictures made the place look nice; in person, my room was run down, with a faint mildew smell, stained dirty floor, and bugs. I took my daughter and left to ask for a refund. They offered another room, but I declined and went to a different hotel. The rooms need a good cleaning and some fixing up.

My pup and I stayed for six days, and management made us feel safe when another guest repeatedly targeted us over traveling with my dog. They stuck by their BringFido policy and were extremely welcoming to him. Management is friendly, welcoming, and understanding, follows its policies, and makes you feel like you matter. The room was clean and everything worked. Housekeeping gave us space and didn’t bother us even though the Do Not Disturb sign stayed on the door for six days. She brought towels when we asked, and we took out our own trash because of the pup. At checkout, they let us leave a little later than the 11am checkout time. Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while traveling.

I was traveling from CA to FL with my cat, and this was the best motel in the Little Rock area from what I could tell. I’d read reviews of other motels and wouldn’t have stayed in those. It’s on the north side of town, supposedly the better side. The room was clean, with hardwood floors, and my air conditioner worked great even though the lobby was muggy. It was fine and felt safe for one night. The parking lot is very small, maybe 15 spots, and some rooms look over it. I was in 211. The other lot, at the front of the building, didn’t look very safe. They’re renovating, so plastic covered my window. The door stuck, so I had to make sure to pull it shut when coming and going. The hallway carpets were gross, and I hope they’re changing them. The elevator was slow and loud, and a couple of times I thought I should’ve taken the stairs. My key card took a few tries at the side door, which also stuck. When I was packing the car, the maids and owner were eager to get into my room. It was 10:55am, and the owner looked at his watch and said it was 11am. Whatever, relax dude!
