Spark by Hilton North Little Rock

We loved how clean and comfortable our room was, and the hotel clearly takes pride in keeping the place clean and looking after guests. Check-in was easy. It smelled great inside, with bright, vibrant colors throughout. There's a messaging system, so you can text if you need anything. The hotel is close to McCain mall and plenty of shopping, all within a 5 minute drive. We'll definitely be back.

The pool was the perfect temperature for me and my kids, and there was a small grassy area with poop bags for my dog. The hotel had cardio machines and a minimal breakfast, so you get what you pay for, as expected. Before we arrived, I had a few questions about bringing my pet and getting connecting rooms. Chasity at reception went out of her way to call and make sure the arrangements were in place. She remembered my name and gave us a warm welcome when we got there. Great experience from the start. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for people with pets. My family will stay at Spark North Little Rock again.

The property was clean and had bright decor, but that couldn't make up for the noise. Guests in the rooms beside and above us kept us awake until just after midnight with footsteps and slamming doors upstairs, along with doors slamming in the downstairs hallway. We got less than two hours of sleep. We're Diamond Hilton loyalty members, but this Hilton Brand property is off our list for good. We absolutely don't recommend it.

I was here for one night. Nothing especially good or bad about the stay. The hallway carpets are old and need cleaning or replacing. Soundproofing is minimal, so I could easily hear the guy in the next room snoring.
