The sink and shower water was much too hot, and I couldn’t get it cold or even comfortably warm. Marissa checked a room downstairs, then another on the fourth floor, doing everything she could to find me one that worked. Since it’s a brand-new hotel, I understand there can be issues. It was good to see staff who cared about making sure my stay met expectations.
10/10
The rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and fresh, and the game area was nice. There was a bigger selection than usual, though no yogurt or bacon that day. The fitness room felt a little small. We’d booked connecting rooms, and they worked well once we put coat hangers on the doors so they wouldn’t lock automatically. I’d stay again.

Fantastic prices this time of year, too. The lobby, lounge, and breakfast space have a really nice great-room feel, and the facilities were impeccable. Staff were friendly all around. Five stars.

I stayed one night with my service animal and left the room neat, cleaned up, and even left a tip for housekeeping. They still tried to charge me for damages. I’m disgusted by this so-called pet-friendly hotel. I’ll never stay here or at another Hilton property again.
10/10
There’s a pool, gym, coffee bar, and pet-friendly rooms, plus a hot breakfast. My room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower great. It had a refrigerator but no microwave. I’d stay here again when I’m traveling.
