Enrique made the stay for me. I had to head out very early for work, and he found me a quiet room so I could get some rest before the week ahead. He was kind, helpful, and really good at his job. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole property felt modern and well kept. I stay in hotels often, and this is one of my favorites. I was here the night of May 5th, 2026, and had a great stay.

After 13 hours on the road with my grandmother and mother, we got to the room my mom had booked online. It was very nice, but the deadbolt and TV didn’t work. Raj came up and said he’d worked for a cable company, then sat on the bed where I was going to sleep while trying to fix the TV. He pulled out the desk, unplugged and replugged it, and told us to leave it pulled out so we could repeat that if it happened again. The TV went out again before he left. He said we’d have to switch rooms if we wanted to watch it, but we were exhausted and had already unpacked, so we stayed. Getting there had already been unpleasant. Raj lectured my mom about using points to book the room and explained where things were. When she later asked where the elevator was, since neither the room numbers nor elevator were labeled on the first floor, he pointed with an attitude. She said, “Sorry, I’m really tired,” and he replied, “I can tell.” Not a comforting welcome.

The pool area was nice, though the hot tub had more foam than I’d like as someone who owns one. Breakfast didn’t appeal to me much, so I just took some fruit. The room was spacious, but the furniture looked like it had come well used from a garage sale, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I only needed a little service, and that part was quick and easy. I hadn’t stayed at a Comfort Inn and Suites in a long time, and I’d just come from a Marriott with a Peloton, so keep that in mind.

The staff were very friendly, and the building was clean and well maintained. But I arrived just before midnight and had to wait for my room to be cleaned because it had been missed earlier. The manager apologized the next morning. I also didn’t like having my room number said out loud several times when I was traveling alone. The stay itself was relatively positive, but this was the second time this year I’ve had room cleanliness and billing problems at a Choice hotel. I won’t stay with that chain again.

The front desk person was nice enough, but didn’t resolve the fact that we weren’t given the suite we paid for or offer any compensation. My family and I checked out the next day and lost the money for the rest of our stay. We just couldn’t spend another day in such a dirty, unpleasant hotel. The pool and hot tub were disgusting, and there was trash and debris around the property. The place smelled bad and needed a deep clean. Breakfast was cold in many places, the waffle maker was broken and left with old waffle bits inside, and even basics like butter and coffee creamer were missing. Most of these reviews must be fake. I travel a lot, and I’ve never had a hotel tell me that the suite I paid for didn’t even exist there.
