Dawn at the front desk made us feel welcome and comfortable. She went out of her way to help, and she’s the very picture of “Midwest nice.” She’s the main reason we’d absolutely stay here again, and I hope good things come her way because she deserves them. The Fall decorations around the hotel were a super cute touch, too. My family and I came from the Phoenix area to Spencer/Ruthven last month and were really pleased with the Reston Inn. The rooms looked recently updated and were very clean, and the continental breakfast had plenty of fresh options.

Parking was convenient and made things easy. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well maintained, and breakfast was a nice start to the day with a good variety of tasty choices. I had a wonderful stay here.

A hotel stay is really for getting some rest, not admiring a fancy room. I slept badly because the bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were hard to adjust, and the heater in my room didn’t work. That made for a really bad stay.

The room was nice and clean, and Dawn at the desk was helpful, friendly, and always checked that we were comfortable. I’d spoken with her on the phone a couple of months earlier, too. She was very nice then and made sure we got a handicap room. Thanks, Dawn!
