There’s lots of storage, so the room works for a longer stay. I liked the blackout shutters and the unusual barn door that closes off the bathroom. The rooms are clean, up to date, and conveniently located, with modern finishes and good breakfast options. The sheets seemed like they might be only 500 threadcount, but they were clean and comfortable. A couple of handles needed fixing. Also, the TP dispenser could be moved: my hips had to press against it to use it, and I’m average sized, not obese.

I found a bed bug in the bed after booking a room for the night. I asked the woman at the front desk for a new room and a refund because I had to move all my belongings, which felt unsanitary and inconvenient. She said I could have one or the other, so I checked out instead. It wasted my time and ruined my day. When I asked for the corporate number, she acted as though she didn't have her manager's number, then conveniently found her card. I wasn't asking for anything impossible, just for her to do the right thing.

The beds weren't very comfortable, which was the one inconvenience. Otherwise, it was nice to spend the night here. The hotel is clean and well kept, breakfast is included, and the staff are welcoming. Housekeeping also does a great job keeping things tidy.

I’ve stayed here more than 25 times while passing through every other week. The rooms are consistently clean and quiet, the staff are friendly, and there’s a good breakfast selection each morning. The blackout shades are strong enough for sleeping through the day. Apple Annie's, a great independent restaurant, is at one edge of the parking lot, with a Burger King at the other. Denny's and IHOP are within a PAR-3 shot.
