The rooms were dirty and dated, and the whole building badly needs a remodel. Our room had holes in the living room wall, loose balcony screens, mold on the bathroom shower door, and not even a stopper that fit the kitchen sink. We killed two roaches during our stay. Parking was a nightmare, and the HOA apparently doesn't care about curb appeal or handicap accessibility. Loose outdoor carpet in the breezeways and hallways made it impossible to roll luggage carts. Even getting a cart to our room was a problem because there were stairs. I may have missed that detail, or it may not have been included in the listing. There was an elevator, but it was out of service more often than it worked. This is without a doubt the worst place I've stayed in North Myrtle Beach. I can't say anything good about it.

We stayed in unit 101 in October of 25. From outside, it looked somewhat decent and the photos were good, but once we got in, it smelled musty, like a 1970s roadside diner. We found four roaches in the first few hours. Dust was caked on the fixtures and under every bed, and there was mold in the mini fridge freezer. The beach access was the only good part, just a 10-yard walk. All week, the elevator was a coin toss, and the pool was an ice bath. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We booked through a private AirBnB, and our condo had been renovated. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, and the pool was great. The hot tub was under maintenance, unfortunately, but it was still a perfect place to stay.

Roaches in every kitchen cabinet and drawer, a broken hot tub, filthy hallways, and unsafe floorboards were just some of the problems in this run-down place. Management was rude, cursed us out when we hadn't done anything wrong, and threatened to kick us out over rules that weren't even in the bylaws. We left beach chairs and other gear outside without blocking anything, and they still called the police. The officers even said it was a waste of their time. Management seemed burned out and on a power trip. 0/10, I wouldn't recommend this place.

We were in condo 109, with a beach view and only about 150 feet to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. The hot tub was out of order for nearly our whole stay, which was a bummer. I'd still recommend it and would stay again.
