The pool was nice, and the beach is close by. The outside could use some upkeep, though, and the staircases need a deep clean. The place could use a refresh.

It’s a nice three story apartment and condo complex right on Ocean Boulevard, across from the oceanfront and very close to Cherry Grove Pier. There’s no elevator, just stairs. Owners rent out condos during the year, and there are some very nice two and three bedroom options only steps from the beach. The building is a little older, but for a great location like this, that’s how it goes unless you stay at an expensive hotel.
