My husband drives a truck and said this was one of the best stays he’s had among the many hotels he uses. Thavel, Samuel, Susan, and Maria made his two nights courteous, attentive, and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and their care for guests made the stay genuinely enjoyable. Thanks for accommodating him. I’d highly recommend this place.

Mr. Samuel made our stay at Baymont by Wyndham feel especially welcoming. His warm, professional help made sure we felt looked after, and the experience wouldn’t have been the same without him. We were there on November,22nd, 2025, and the room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a very nice restroom. We felt at home right away and appreciated the hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was convenient, though just okay and nothing special. The owner stood out for taking personal care of guests and clearly putting real effort into the property and hospitality. The hotel was clean and well-kept, with spacious, comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms, and plenty of parking right on-site. Its location on Hwy 17 made nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions easy to reach, and several quieter, less crowded beaches were a short drive away. It’s a friendly, solid option away from the main tourist strip and good value. I’d recommend it for a relaxed beach trip, whether as a couple or family, and would happily stay again.

For the price, this hotel is a great value. It’s older, but the inside has been recently remodeled, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The large rooms have a dorm-style fridge and microwave, plus comfortable beds that made for a quiet, good night’s sleep. There’s even a small table for two for a late snack. Staff are especially friendly and helpful, and the long-time family owners care about the place, even though it’s franchised. Breakfast is included, with eggs, a waffle machine, sausage, juice, and coffee. S.O.S / Dance venues (OD & Main) are less than a 10-minute drive away.

The front desk service was great, and we had a good stay. Our room smelled fresh, the bed was pretty comfortable, and the table with two chairs came in handy. The refrigerator was bigger than the usual hotel kind. The shower had hair in it, but otherwise the room was okay. The location was fine, though the parking lot could use more lighting.
