There’s lots of space for several families, plus a game system and ping pong table to keep the kids busy. The pool is a nice extra, and public beach access is right across the street. It smells nice, except around the upstairs sofa. The place is very spacious, but some beds need attention and the bedspreads had stains. For a place that can sleep 14, the kitchen didn’t have enough utensils, and there was only one set of dishes per person. The pots and pans were adequate, though below par.

The beach view is nice and there’s plenty of room in this condo. The only real downside for me was the pool. It’s tiny, tucked underneath the building, and gets no sun, so the water was freezing. There’s a stash of beach gear in the closet behind the front door, including boogie boards, sand buckets, and chairs, which can save you some money.

It worked well for a fun weekend with a big group, and you get what you pay for. The place could’ve been a lot cleaner before check-in.
