The oceanfront location is perfect, with a clean, quiet beach, and the penthouse was comfortable and very well designed. But the condo itself and the pool weren’t clean. The pools hadn’t been cleaned, so I didn’t want to swim. On our second day, someone peed in the elevator. The building is very old, and another day the elevator smelled awful. I guess someone had smoked pot, and the smell was also really strong on the balcony, so we couldn’t go out that evening. I’d stay in this building again for the location, but management needs to do a much better job cleaning.

Our condo, 1209, had a private beach that wasn’t crowded, and we didn’t come into contact with anyone until we went down to the beach. That felt like a safe option during COVID, and I’d recommend it for couples or families with kids. I’d come back. The living room and both bedrooms were neat and nicely decorated. From the living room and one bedroom, we had a lovely oceanfront view, including a breathtaking sunrise. The kitchen had basic cookware, dinnerware, and bakeware, and Wi-Fi ran around 40 MBPS. There were three TVs, one in each room, plus a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The building was a little old, and we had a problem with one bathroom door. No hairdryer was provided, and an exhaust fan in one restroom was very noisy. Even with those minor issues, we had a great stay.

The ocean view was outstanding and made for a great vacation. There are great condos here, with two lazy rivers, a pool, and easy access to the beach.

The pools were nice and not crowded, and the walk to the beach was short. We also liked the condominium layout, especially the roomy kitchen area with plenty of space to cook.

Unit 708 was ours. The pools were clean and beautiful, and the spot right on the beach was wonderful. It would’ve been five stars if the mattresses hadn’t been unbelievably horrible. The rusty balcony chairs need replacing too.
