Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas by Elliott Beach Rentals

We stayed August 9-15, and it was such a good way to wrap up summer. With a family of eight, we had plenty of space to gather in the enormous living room or spacious kitchen, and everyone could also find a spot to take a break. The beds were comfortable, the couches were relaxing, and the balconies had nice views. TVs in every room kept us entertained, while the board and card games and arcade table in the living room were a big hit. There was so much to do within a short drive that choosing an activity was hard. We could go shopping at an outlet mall, visit the boardwalk near Ripley’s, or head to Barefoot Landing. Mini golf and other family activities were close by too. The beach is also very near, as are shopping and entertainment. Seeing really is believing with this rental. I'd absolutely recommend it to friends or anyone looking for a place to spend time with family and friends.

The owners and staff were friendly, quick to respond, and made everything easy. The beach was a two-minute walk away, and the warm, shallow water was great for the kids to play in. We also went to Barefoot Landing for the shops and visited Ripley’s Believe It or Not, including the aquarium, haunted house, and Illusion Lab. The kids approved of all of it. Hawaiian Rumble was just four minutes away for mini golf, with tropical birds and a fun volcano. We came home with lots of great memories. Unit 2D felt like home as soon as we arrived after the 11-hour drive from New Jersey. It was beautiful, clean, modern, and set up well for cooking breakfast and lunch. Everyone had a private bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a smart TV, and great air conditioning for after a day in the sun. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

The photos don't show what unit 4D is really like. The place was filthy, with stains everywhere on the outdated furniture, and the carpets and rugs were nasty. The mattresses were stained too. It looked like it might have bedbugs, and I wouldn't let a stray dog sleep there. The host premium seems to be hiding their name. I think they're frauds ripping people off, and they wouldn't refund me even though the pictures were fake. The real unit looked nothing like them. Airbnb shouldn't allow this listing. They ought to be ashamed.

The ocean view was nice, and having a bathroom in every room was a plus. Everything else was disgusting: kitchen, floors, vents, dryer, walls, and couch cushions. I don't know what the cleaning fee was for. The couch arms had holes, which I covered with duct tape so my children wouldn't get hurt. There were only two parking spots for five couples. They were extremely rude and unhelpful when we tried to get answers. I won't use them again or recommend them.
