Ocean Pier Beach-view Condos

The beach is just steps from Unit #326, and the outdoor in-ground pool is inviting. There's handy storage on the ground floor, too. Inside, the condo is clean and beautifully renovated, with a cozy, well-appointed feel and thoughtful amenities. The top-floor ocean view is absolutely worth the stairs, and it's peaceful having no one above you. 🏖️

The condo itself is an old beach unit like many others, and that's fine, but getting into the building was a struggle. There's no wheelchair access or handicapped parking, and the first floor is up a flight of stairs. We had to carry heavy coolers and suitcases up six flights by ourselves. The exterior also needs a lot of maintenance. The TVs were another problem. There should be one in each of three rooms, but one was missing, with its hookups dangling, and we couldn't get either of the other two to work. I don't know whether the cable was turned off. Covered parking was advertised, but only a few spaces are under the building, with some outside. None are assigned, so it's a gamble whether you'll find a spot when you return.

Unit #326 was really clean and welcoming, and the view was wonderful!

The ocean view by the pool is great, and this little unit is just nice. I wish it had central AC, but it's fine. I rented Unit 128 through Elliott Beach Rentals and am definitely thinking about renting again next year.
