We've been coming here for more than 10 years, staying in several different units, and the place has gone downhill every year. This is the last time. We're ending our timeshare. This summer, we received a letter saying North Myrtle Beach had condemned the ocean-facing balconies over structural problems that would be repaired eventually. No one was allowed on the balconies or the downstairs sundeck, and we were told the whole building could be evicted if a balcony sliding door was left open. Inside, shelves were broken, a bedroom lamp had a fractured base, drawers wouldn't close, and cabinet doors wouldn't stay shut. The nearly new dryer was broken too. We noticed on Wednesday, but the repair person wasn't due until Friday. A shower head leaked and sprayed water around, and my daughter and I each got several bites in the bedrooms, probably from spiders. The carpets were stained throughout and seemed filthy. Never again.

The building is old and doesn't have every amenity of a five-star resort. Still, with the beachfront access, great pool, and wonderful staff, you and your family can absolutely have a great time. Book now!

We had five lovely, quiet, relaxing days here and will definitely return. Our three-bedroom condo was clean, as were the grounds. It had two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, and glasses, plus cable TV and a DVD/VCR combo. There was a TV in every room and a washer and dryer. The balcony view of the ocean was awesome.

It wasn't clean, and the staff were rude. The utility closet door fell off and nearly hit my mom, and trash from previous guests had been left behind. We won't be back after this trip.

Our rooms were large, with gorgeous views and the beach just outside. Some parts felt dated and could use an update, but the smart TVs had enough kids' shows to keep my child happy. The baby pool was spacious enough for me to get in comfortably with them. I'd stay again.
