The staff at Seaside Vacations were very sweet and offered to help, but it seems they don’t actually take care of this particular unit. B9 was the dirtiest unit I’ve ever rented. The hallway was filthy, and so were the ceiling fans. The building’s fire alarm went off both of the first two mornings. The fire department took at least 30 minutes to arrive the first time, and came a bit faster the second. The AC unit sits on the small balcony, and it was too noisy to sit out there. Also, while I was on the couch, the AC vent in the ceiling fell and hit me on the head. I could keep going, but what would it change? Anyway, beware.

We’d come back. It was a calm, uncrowded place that worked well for families, and the price for August was reasonable: $2,100 for six people staying 14 days. The pool was clean and warm, open from 9 to 10. Check-in was simple, and the staff accommodated us when we arrived late, after check-in hours. Parking was always available, and I liked the no-smoking policy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi even worked by the pool.

The location made it easy to get to food, shops, and entertainment. Our time with the kids and family was amazing. The place was updated and clean, and it felt like a home away from home.
