The location worked really well for us, with grocery stores, the Outlets, Barefoot Landing and a nice beach close by. We were in RM 1302, and the condo was spacious enough for seven, clean, and seemed recently remodeled. Having a storage closet just outside for chairs and umbrellas was handy. The kids liked the pool and lazy river, though getting a new paper wristband every day to use the pool and cross to the beach was a hassle. They didn’t hold up well in the water, and nobody wanted to wear one all week. The beach shower area also got crowded, and it’s rather small. We rented through Condo World, but their arrival instructions could have been clearer. We didn’t know there was a loading zone at ground level, so we parked across the street in the garage and hauled everything up and down, across to the building, and then to our floor. The garage is tight, especially with cars coming and going, and my car was hit during our stay. The beds were just okay. One full bed in the double bedroom needs replacing because its box spring made a horrible noise whenever someone sat down or rolled over. Smoke-free signs were posted, but most nights marijuana smell from nearby units kept us from enjoying the balcony. We told staff, but nothing changed. Our beach cart was stolen from right outside the door on our second day while we were gathering our things. There are only cameras in the elevators and parking deck. Staff were very rude when we reported it and acted like we were accusing them. Condo World gave us the HOA number because two nearby rooms had Ring cameras, but nobody returned our call.
