We stayed overnight before a flight. Even with a crowd arriving and the front desk busy, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and took good care of everyone. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel was in good shape. They arranged a 4 am shuttle and were very helpful. I’d stay again if I needed to.

The TV is still on the old system, though you can change its inputs. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, Hilton delivers the service I’ve come to expect, from breakfast and housekeeping to the front desk clerks. This is the best place to stay outside Cleveland.

I’ve been traveling for business for nearly 40 years, and this was the worst stay I can remember. In the room, one bed hadn’t been made, the other had a disgusting fluid stain under the comforter, and there was a blood-like or other stain on the bathroom door. I reported it at the desk. They seemed embarrassed but didn’t know how to resolve it. They offered 5,000 points, worth about $25.00 USD, with no offer to comp the room. The replacement room was in better shape. I was told local management or Hilton would follow up, but after two weeks with no response, I decided to share what happened.

We usually stay at Hilton properties when we travel, so I expected a bit more for $260 a night. The room was clean, though the bathtub seal had mold. Breakfast was just OK, and both mornings I had to ask for coffee because it had run out. On the first day, it took about 10 minutes to arrive and was full of grounds. I gave up and made coffee in the room. The next day I waited five minutes and it never came. That was frustrating and really lowered an otherwise fine stay.
