I was seven months pregnant during my three-night work trip, and the staff were incredibly kind. The front desk team were sweet and easy to talk to. They made sure I had a room on the quieter side of the building so I could sleep better. I think the breakfast manager's name was Robert, though I'm not sure of his exact title. He was especially kind each time I came down, and I noticed he was just as friendly and conversational with the other guests. My room was also well maintained every day. I had a wonderful experience with everyone at the hotel.

The Honors Lounge was a real treat. It was quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully kept, and I felt looked after there. It's not something you find at every Hilton, and it made us feel special. Our room was fresh, very clean, organized, and comfortable. The hotel's calm, beautiful surroundings helped us relax, too. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. It reminded us how much a loyalty program can add when the details are handled well.

At the Doubletree by Hilton in Palm Beach Gardens, Robert from the breakfast buffet made our mornings. During our six days in Palm Beach, we didn't even try another breakfast restaurant because we looked forward to seeing our “Uncle Robert.” He greeted my two young daughters by name and treated them like princesses the whole stay. Warm, friendly, and made us feel like family. We can't wait to return and see him again.

We were there just one night, so we wiped down the spotted, dusty bedside desk and left the dust and dirt in the room and bathroom corners. The rooms need a deeper clean and show wear. The beds are comfortable, and the room size is fine, but once the sleeper sofa is opened, things feel cramped. Noise from outside and neighboring rooms was a problem. The area is nice, with plenty within walking distance. Parking costs extra and uses a QR code provided at check-in. The website says $15, but they charged $18.10. I don't understand why they aren't upfront about the rate. This wasn't what I expected from a Hilton brand.

The heated pool, clean rooms, beautiful lobby, and pool area made this place a gem. I slept well, and the shower had great water pressure. There's even laundry outside, so you can wash clothes while you're at the pool or hot tub. No noise while I was there, either. I was visiting Florida and looking for somewhere near my favorite dive spot. I also found an amazing Catholic church nearby on Sunday. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, and I can't wait to return.
