Ram Sea Resort Condominiums

The pool area was spotless and the staff were great, but room 212 was an awful stay. The beds felt like plywood, and the room is badly dated and needs paint. The old oven looked like it might catch fire, then stopped working altogether. The refrigerator never got cold enough, the freezer wouldn't keep ice cream frozen, and the rusty dryer didn't work properly. On arrival, when I went to sit on the couch, a BIG canvas painting fell off the wall onto my head. There's too much stored in the room, including a locked closet we couldn't use. A chair that was broken had been put out on the balcony, and the walker and highchair in the closet were filthy with mildew and food. Another family told us they'd stayed in that room before and wouldn't return. I'd gladly pay extra for an updated room. This was ridiculous.

The location is fantastic, right by the beach, and the pool and amenities were very nice. Our condo had some wear from all the rentals, which seemed normal, but it was still comfortable and functional and did what we needed.

This has become our family's annual trip, and we've been coming for about seven years. With three little kids, having the beach, pool, and hot tub all close without needing to drive is priceless. The condo is always clean and stocked with the basics we need, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. We love how family-friendly and uncrowded it feels. It's a relaxed home away from home where we can watch sunsets, make memories, and visit locally owned places. Everything is walkable or just a short drive away. I couldn't recommend it more.

The view is spectacular, and the place is right in front of the beach. But that comes at a price that only people up there can afford.
