Best Western Plus Cottontree Inn

The room was clean and did the job as a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t spend 24,000 reward points for a night here. On October 20, the man at the desk was rude when my husband asked for two waters because we’d run out. The concierge said, “I can’t give them to everyone, but here you go.” We weren’t asking for a snack bag, so that was disappointing. Breakfast choices were a letdown too, and I didn’t finish my food. If you need to unload luggage, use the hotel’s accessible side entrance since the main entrance has steps.

They let me check out late so I could get some extra rest, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, the room was a decent price, and I had a quiet, relaxing stay. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. I’ll keep Best Western in mind next time I need a place to stay.

Breakfast was amazing. We went both mornings and had different choices each day, and the waffle batter was so good. We stayed on the top floor, which I’d recommend because it was quieter than the first floor. The king room was clean and nice, with a couch and coffee maker, and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were lovely and gave us extra shampoo, conditioner, and coffee when we asked. I have longer hair, so I appreciated that they were happy to provide more of both. The shampoo and conditioner were nice quality, not the cheap hotel kind. I’d definitely stay here again.

The larger room was awesome, and I got a great rate for it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Service stood out most, everyone was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again.
