The breakfast manager kept the buffet area clean, stocked, and welcoming, and the food was delicious. You could tell he cared about the details. The night front desk associate working April 26-April 28 was another standout. I was sick during my stay, and she suggested hot tea with honey, then checked on me each night to see how I was doing. That kindness and genuine concern really stayed with me. I had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton Northlake, and appreciated the hospitality and customer service from the whole team.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were so friendly. Their friendliness and attentiveness matched a hotel I stayed at the day before that cost three times as much. Breakfast looked okay, though I don't like the yogurt machines lots of hotels use now. I don't know what's in the yogurt, and I'd much rather have individual cups of Chobani.

Our stay was short, but pleasant. While we waited, Joy found us a spot to rest and relax after we'd arrived a little before our scheduled time. We'd asked for early check-in, but didn't actually get into the room any sooner. We had dinner at a small Italian place across from Hwy 114, and it was outstanding. Thanks to Joy and Hilton for a wonderful experience!

The overnight crew kept things light and peaceful, and the day team was great too, especially Taylor. Guest services were incredible, the rooms were great, and both the other guests and the atmosphere made it worthwhile. The location is great. Book it!

Taylor at the front desk made a lasting impression with a positive attitude and great attention to detail. They were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, and Taylor patiently answered all my questions and went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. It's rare to meet someone who cares about customer service that much. If every hotel had a front desk person like Taylor, traveling would be so much better. I highly recommend this Tru by Hilton in Northlake, and give Taylor a big shoutout for making the stay a five-star experience.
