The soundproofing was awful. I could hear conversations outside the window and in the hall, and even a whisper would wake me because it sounded like someone was in the room. Doors kept slamming too. The place looks nice and has a gym, but my room was missing workout equipment, the shower kept dripping onto the metal drain, and everything felt lackluster. Definitely not worth my $150. I was unhappy with the visit.

Being able to work out, grab complimentary gourmet coffee, and settle into the welcoming ergonomic work area made remote work feel like a dream. From the gym to the workspace, the amenities were wonderful. GM Michael, always-helpful Anthony, and the gracious front desk team all helped make for a great balance between work, stay, and life. During the very rough situation caused by my daughter's and my landlord, Halstead/Bozzuto, and their negligence, the Even Hotel became our safe haven. It brought us some normalcy, positivity, and the feeling of home when we needed it. Every employee did their job so well. Joe and China especially helped make our stay peaceful. I was in the area to visit family and had a really comfortable, easy stay at the EVEN Hotel Norwalk. Everything was clean, both the hotel and the room, and it was clear the property is well cared for. The location made getting around Norwalk simple, with restaurants and stores nearby. Staff were welcoming and accommodating the whole time. I'd consider staying here again when I'm back in the area.

For my work trip, this was an easy, smooth stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I especially liked the fitness center: it was clean, had what I needed, and stayed open late, which worked well for me. The central location near restaurants was convenient too. I'd come back next time I'm in the area.
