I’m in town around 10-12 times a year, and I stay here every time. The hotel is clean and nice, the staff are attentive and friendly, and housekeeping leaves my personal things alone while keeping the room clean. Staying here changed where I book. I used to be a Hilton Honors member, but now I stay almost exclusively at Marriott properties, mainly Fairfields when there’s one available and other Marriott hotels when there isn’t.

Our trip was thrown off by an issue, but Cody Bingham really took responsibility and did what he could to accommodate us. He showed real concern for taking care of his guests. Chloe was also very kind when she handled our checkout. Thanks to Cody and the team for the genuine hospitality. I’ll see you soon!

Our baseball team from Omaha was well looked after here, and the place seemed brand new. Manager Cody put a lot of time and effort into getting our room set up for HDMI. Marriott’s puck outlets don’t work for gaming anymore, and the other HDMI ports on the TV are useless. If you unplug the hotel’s setup, you lose TV even when you put it back where it was. I learned that the hard way. Cody was excellent to work with, so if your kids game at hotels, talk to him.

Watch your bank account if you leave a debit card on file here. My husband travels for work, and his company pays for his room by direct bill, but the hotel policy led them to keep our debit card on file. Three times in the last four months, they charged our card $730 for the week. I spoke with the manager each time. The first time, I figured accidents happen. After the second, he promised they wouldn’t use our card again. By the third time I was furious. I don’t know how to fix their stupidity. We removed the card from the file.

There’s a really good restaurant about 20 feet from the entrance, and the room was very nice.
