Splendor Inn Bed & Breakfast

The made-to-order breakfast was fresh and tasty, and we loved the quiet spots to sit, especially the little backyard. There’s also a coffee station and microwave for guests. The house was cozy, peaceful, and clean, with shops and restaurants an easy walk away. Chris and his wife made us feel at home and were welcoming without being nosy, which I always worry about at B&Bs. We stopped for just one night while passing through, but now we hope to find a reason to return. Even their sweet little dog added to a wonderful stay.

The innkeepers were fantastic, and their breakfast each morning was easily the best food we had in the area. We stayed for three nights this September in a beautiful, well-kept home. The bed felt a little old but was okay. The pillows were pretty uncomfortable, so I’d bring my own next time. We loved our stay and would come back if we’re in the area again.

Can’t wait to come back. The house and owners were wonderful, and the service and accommodations were impeccable. A truly fantastic experience, A+ for the very best Norwich has to offer. Thank you!

Our original hotel, The Super 8, was filthy and full of bugs, so we booked this B&B at the last minute. Even with the unexpected reservation, our room was clean and ready when we arrived. The hosts greeted us warmly and explained everything. It was a peaceful place with a delicious breakfast, and our room felt safe and clean. Their little dog was friendly and quiet, staying downstairs in her own area. It was my first B&B stay, and I loved it so much that I wished we could have stayed longer. We were sad to leave the hosts and dog, but hope to see them again when we return.
