Motel 6 Safford, AZ

The woman on the Monday night shift, around 1 Am on November 24, 2025, was so sweet and helpful. I loved her customer service. The morning worker around 7 Am was rude to us. We'd left both keys in the room, so we needed another one to get back in. I understand they were short on key cards, but she didn't need to command my husband to return the other two keys or speak to him that way. Credit to the woman who checked us in, though. There weren't any bath towels in the room, just hand towels. When I asked at the office around 7 Am, the woman said they probably hadn't had any when we checked in and she'd check. We waited, then she brought back four tiny, rough towels, enough to wrap my hair in. They were stained contractor towels. Yuck, no towels at first and then four stained ones. I also spilled water on the floor and used one of my own white blankets or sheets to wipe it up. It came away all black, like the floor hadn't been mopped. I went looking for a do not disturb sign, and the morning worker rudely told me they aren't allowed to have them. I've never been to a motel that doesn't provide those for guests. I'm satisfied with the woman who checked us in at night, but the morning worker and the room get about 2 out of 5 stars.
